Tree Streets Yard Sale

Join us for the 2025 Tree Streets Yard Sale! It will be on Saturday, September 6th starting officially at 8am. Sellers will be located between Roan Street and University Parkway.

Parking can be on the street throughout the neighborhood, or on West Walnut Street.

Restrooms are located in Powell Square Park, and in front of Southside Elementary School.

Shoppers: please be kind and courteous to the neighborhood - clean up trash, drive slow, and plan to bring cash (some seller take venmo/paypal, but not all).

Sellers: In order to sell, you MUST be a resident or renter in the the Tree Streets, or have worked it out to use a resident or renter's yard. NO outside selling is permitted under our permit for the event and you will be asked to leave. Sellers are encouraged to pre-register with a suggested donation of $15 per selling family. Pre-registering will allow us to include your house on the map for selling that we will post here. Day of collections for those not pre-registered will occur with a $20 suggested donation instead of $15.

Here is the form for RESIDENTS and RENTERS to pre-register: https://forms.gle/T5cPNRtkVQqAmW328.

Donations support the event, restroom rental, clean up, marketing, and various Tree Streets events, like our free Music in the Park!
