Most of you have heard that Evolve has asked again for a postponement on the 3rd reading of the rezoning.  At this time we do not know if they have also pulled their request for the April 1 meeting of the Board of Zoning Appeals. 

I know this has been a long process but we need to continue to share the petition, talk with neighbors,and get you and your friends to write letters.  We now need letters to hit the commissioners just before the next meeting which is April 3.

Here is a link to the petition.  Please send it to everyone you know to sign.  They do not have to live in Johnson City to sign it.  There is a part on the site where they ask for a donation- just skip that.  You do not have to give a donation to sign the petition.
