115 W. Chestnut St
We are in the market for a new home and found 115 W. Chestnut. We are from Kingsport and don't know much about the area. The house has been on the market for a long time. Can anyone give us some feedback on this house/location? Would it be a good investment? This would be our permanent residence, not a rental or a flip. We have 4 small children, 7 and under, so any information about the school would be great as well. Thanks!

Do they attend year 'round?

None of the public school in Johnson City do year round anymore. University School which is located on the grounds of ETSU does year round.

Thanks. Our realtor thought they went year 'round. Thanks for clearing that up. I've been doing a little research on the neighborhood and it looks like a great place to raise a family.
