Hello,

The Little Library in my yard at 309 W. Poplar is in bad need of repair.

The door has fallen off and all of the books are getting wet.  Please repair this library or have it removed.

You seem to be the neighborhood expert on home renovation. We need some work done on our fireplace chimney (new damper, etc). Also, I'm thinking of adding a gas igniter for the wood. Do you have any suggestions of who to call?
