The perfect new addition to your hump-day schedule! Yoga is a great way tone, stretch and build strength! But it is also a great way to relax, regroup and recharge. This class is an exceptional addition for dancers of any background: bellydance, ballet, hip-hop, salsa. As dancers, we must protect our joints! Meaning low-impact cross training, such as yoga, is a must. We'll utilize deep full-body yin-type stretches, to elongate and reset the large muscle groups. Then, shift focus to balancing asanas, which build strength in smaller "stabilizing" muscles and improve muscle memory in one-legged stances.
