Hi ,I will try to be as nice as I can about this. Someone on the 400 block of W. Poplar St must not be aware that when you have big items of furniture to dispose of you have to call the Solid Waste Dept and request a pickup, since this is the second time that this has happened this year. They will give you a time frame for a pickup and then you may place the item in your own front yard( not the vacant lot across the street). I'm sure all of your neighbors and those who are walking down the sidewalk will appreciate this. Nobody wants to stare at a nasty old couch that has been rain soaked for weeks. Thank-You

PS -I will do you a favor and call them  tomorrow and arrange for it to be picked up because I don't like seeing it everytime I walk out my front door. Have a good day.
