Here is the recipe for the cake Martha made for the SNO potluck.

Pumpkin Dump Cake

1 15oz. can pumpkin puree

1 10oz. can evaporated milk

1 Cup light brown sugar

3 eggs slightly beaten

3 TBS pumpkin pie spice

1 box spice cake mix

2 sticks melted butter

1 cup crushed pecans (or graham crackers)

1/2 cup toffee bits

Preheat over to 350   Spray a 9 x 13 pan with baking spray.

In a large bowl, combine the pumpkin, milk, sugar, eggs and pumpkin pie spice.  Stir to combine.

Pour into prepared pan.  Sprinkle the entire box of cake mix on top, followed by your nuts or graham crackers and toffee chips.

Pour the melted butter evenly on top.  Bake for 45-50 minutes until center is set and edges are lightly browned.  Serve with ice cream or cool whip.  You can also add a little pumpkin pie spice to the cool whip.
