Hi , I've lived in and around the tree streets for about 15 years.  Nearly 8 in the same rental.  I love this neighborhood, and South Side School. Unfortunately, I have a dilemma.  On February 1, the rent on my  current apartment will be increasing more than I feel it's worth.  I want creature comforts like Heat and AC that work.  So, we are on a mission to find a small 3 bedroom and pet friendly apartment or home in our neighborhood.  If you know a friend who is looking to rent, or happen to see a for rent sign I miss please let me know.  I am looking to rent a place to stay for a long time.  Thanks ahead of time for your help.
