Hey There!  We are new to the neighborhood and would like to look into putting up a (aesthetically pleasing) fence in the front yard.  We have 2 small children and live really close to University Blvd, and would feel safest having a barrier between them and the sidewalk.  Not that we ever plan to leave them unattended in the front yard, but better safe...  I am wondering what we need to do, or who we need to contact about getting approval for that project.  Also, if we are planning on landscaping the front yard is that something that needs to be approved as well?  Thanks, Emily Lamb
