Hi Neighbors!

My name is Julie and I live on the 400 block of W Poplar St. I love our neighborhood!! With one exception. The number of dogs that are walking around without leashes. I am a walker (with my own leashed dogs). My dog has been attacked three times in the last year while out on walks. ; ( Twice by the same dog!! -He is an orange and white Australian Sheppard (mix?) named "Harley" and I have called JC Animal Control three times to report his human. The third time a citation was issued and we are going to court. The date is this Thursday, September 11th (I know) in the morning.

I am writing here today to ask if anyone else has had a bad experience with this particular dog (or know someone who has or witnessed someone else having an issue) and if so (I'm sorry and I DO understand) if you'd like to be a witness and help keep our little slice of the TreeStreets safer for our kids and dogs?! If so, please let me know on this forum and I'll get more details to you as soon as I can.
