There has been a rash of car break- ins recently and one home was burglarized just before the 4th of July.  The police informed us this is also happening all over the city.  Please take all valuables out of your car and make sure it is locked.  Keep an eye out for each other and call the police if you see any unusual activity.  If you will be away from your house for a few days have someone check on it.   Most importantly- if you are the victim of a theft call the police and make a report no matter how small the theft was.
