And after the neighbors warned me--I left my 21 speed mountain bike on the front porch (400 block of Pine), unchained, and it was stolen this weekend sometime after dark on Friday. Only noticed it missing on Wednesday morning.

I've filed a police report.

I purchased it at Target over 10 years ago and it was not expensive, so I'm not as mad about the loss as I am sad about the event and also my stupidity. Jen's bike, also on the porch at the time, was worth 4-6X what mine was--we're pretty grateful they grabbed mine and not hers! Apparently I'm not the only idiot in this equation...
