In an interesting turn-of-events, four days after ETSU President Noland made the announcement that all Greek fraternities would be moving onto the ETSU campus by 2020, a Christian nonprofit organization based in Greeneville, South Carolina, has revealed itself as the new owner of the former Sigma Phi Epsilon fraternity house at 719 W. Maple St.
