On Sunday August 7 at 3:00 PM, there will be a Memorial Service for Lee Jondahl held at Veterans Park , next to Southside School.  Lee and Mary Lee worked tirelessly to book bands for the Music in the Park, keep the flower pots filled and watered, cleaned the area before the concert, and applied and received grants to pay for the bands.  This is in addition to all of the work they have done for this neighborhood, and the city. We have had a tree planted in the park, and a plaque made to be placed at its base.  This will be dedicated on this day, and 2 popular bands will play for this event.  Please mark this on your calendar and plan to attend  There will be no charge, and no collection taken, but if you would like to donate to the event, please call Wanda at 928 4779  or Jodi  at 946 0444. Bring your lawn chair, or blanket on this date.
